This is really tasty stuff.  It's not really very hot, but the flavor of the jalapeno's really comes through.  I use fresh jalapenos and that adds a real tang to the taste.  I tend to use this one like a relish.  It's really great on grilled things like sausages, hot dogs or hamburgers.  One guy I know puts it in his tomato juice every morning for breakfast.
